Well, its been quite a week for IT and everyone at Fordham. IT staff geared up with little more than a week to prepare. I hope you all get a chance to take a breath and some rest this weekend. You should all be proud of the work you have done. While you each played different roles, we could not have done it without you.

17000 students, over 2000 faculty and another 2700 employees and guests are online because of your efforts. Offices are working from home, faculty teaching remote, students learning. Quite an accomplishment and feat of collaboration on a huge scale.

While we all know we have prepared for this type of business continuity, you never think you are going to need it. We geared up with only a couple of weeks of lead time, taught classes, had webinars, created videos and continue to train and support a growing community.

We have a long way to go, and Fordham is depending on you. Thank you for all your hard work and continuing support. We appreciate all you have done and continue to do.
