By mid-August, Cisco video conferencing devices may join WebEx meetings directly on all campuses, including the Law School. The integration will take place on August 10 and 11. In the coming weeks, full access to the integrated technology will be enabled for all faculty and staff.
Another improvement enables you to use Google Calendar to schedule Cisco video conference room equipment for WebEx meetings. Participants will receive a direct link to join a WebEx meeting as part of the calendar invite.
All video conferencing units will be unavailable during the August 10 and 11 integration process.
