0

Did you know that Google Docs has a built in citation and bibliography tool? It works for MLA, APA, and Chicago Author-Date formatting styles. All you have to do is enter the source information. Once you have added all your sources, you can input in-text citations or insert a pre-formatted bibliography with just one click.

  • Select “Tools” at the top editing bar and then select “Citations” from the drop down menu.
  • The citations side bar will appear. Choose the formatting style and enter in source information.
  • After adding your sources, you can click “Insert bibliography” or click “Cite” to insert an in-text citation for a specific source.
