Looking for a way to promote gender equality at Fordham IT? Join Katherine Gomez, Head Cloud Agile Systems Management Team and Calvin Byer, Assistant Director, Innovation / Change Integration, who are piloting a new initiative called Gender Equality @ Fordham IT, inspired by the TED Talk, “An Invitation for Men Who Want a Better World for Women.”

For the next four months, they’ll host a series of discussions that blend content from sources such as HeForShe (a global solidarity movement for gender equality that provides a systematic approach to empower people to become change agents for achieving gender equality) and Lean In. They are excited to share their vision and a roadmap for positive change with the Women in IT group.
