Using WordPress for the teaching (webinar)

Learn how to build your research or teaching site using WordPress in this introductory workshop. We will discuss what WordPress is and provide an overview of the platform’s key features and concepts. Attendees will learn how to customize a site by choosing themes and selecting plugins to extend functionality. They will also develop key skills like adding and formatting pages and posts, inserting media, and utilizing widgets and menus. Finally, we will go over how to submit a request for a research or pedagogy WordPress site through the Office of Information Technology.
