The New Post-COVID Era Ethical Issues Facing Fordham Faculty

Tue, February 18 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Presenter:  Shawn Hill, Instructional Technologist (shill18@fordham.edu)

Faculty are welcome to join in a conversation about some of the new (or newly foregrounded) ethical considerations in our post-COVID world. This workshop/conversation will explore the myriad of ethical dilemmas faculty now face in 2025 that touch on plagiarism, data integrity, research, assessments, and intellectual property.  We’ll also discuss the shifting ways we’re now approaching creating assignments for our students, assessing student work, and even structuring our courses to help students navigate this highly polarized and AI-infused world.

We hope you can bring (and share) some of the questions, suggestions, and struggles you’re now experiencing in your classroom, departments, and field.
