Do you use DoorDash, Groupon, or other web services that share your personal data with other companies? If so, when was the last time you checked your privacy settings on those sites?

Data Privacy Day, which takes place this year on Thursday, January 28, is an excellent time to review your app privacy and security settings. Many people use this day to remember to review those settings, much like they use daylight savings time to check the batteries on their smoke detectors.

Like most people, you probably have several devices and accounts with many online services. To help you find them, the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) and Stay Safe Online created a page with direct links to update your privacy settings on popular devices and online services.
