Banner 9’s streamlined interface is easy to use.
This summer, Banner, Fordham’s system of record, will get a fresh, updated look and a new interface when it becomes Banner 9. FireFox and Internet Explorer currently offer limited support to Banner INB, and soon that support will go away entirely. Banner 9 will become available the week of June 11. Consult the IT Events Calendar for full details of Banner’s maintenance schedule.
The upgrade will allow us to retire Banner 8 INB forms, which will also no longer be supported. Banner 9 forms, on the other hand, are available via any Fordham supported web browser. Banner 9 is mobile friendly, too: Access the forms and other information on mobile devices. Form names and business processes will not change as a result of the upgrade.
During the transition, Banner 8 will co-exist with Banner 9.
To access Banner 9, click on the Banner Application Navigator, located in the My Bookmarks channel in the Employee tab at My.Fordham.edu. From here, you may search or browse to any Banner forms you need. The Banner General and Finance modules are live now. HR, Student, and Advancement are coming soon.
Also, check out the Student and Employee profiles, which can be found in channels in their respective portal tabs. Their streamlined interface makes it easy to view your information, including pay stubs, tax forms, and grades.
